Villa Linda is one of the most popular homes in our community, sitting directly on the ocean with expansive decks on both the first floor and upstairs terrace. New owners Tim and Kate are 5-Star AirBnB superhosts with a beach house in California (link) who are bringing the same level of attention and care to this property as their house back home. Villa Linda has been completely remodeled as of early 2025, with all new custom furniture throughout, and newly commissioned mural artwork.

Kate & Tim have been the owners of La Villa Linda since 2024. Making their home in Northern California, they come to Playa Las Tortugas every chance they get, and feel very fortunate to share this most magical place with vacationers from the U.S., Mexico and around the world
