The waves (Las Olas) can be seen and heard from every space in the home, whether you are making margaritas in the gourmet kitchen, drifting off to sleep, or floating in the salt water pool.

The home opens onto an expansive patio with areas for dining, sunbathing, or sun salutations. Three bedrooms are king, ensuite, with air conditioning, although with ceiling fans throughout and ocean breezes, AC is rarely necessary.
